Established in early 2001, Lazy Dude Publishers was
originally named "Lazy Dude Publishing" and was purchased by Ayumy
Enterprises LLC, from the
founder, and owner, Edward Thorpe, in late 2005.
Mr. Thorpe remains Lazy
Dude Publishers
Internet marketing director and is lead publisher for all Internet
publications.
